The platform, which now powers more than 1,000 online shops across the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico and New Zealand, handles everything from customer support to pricing and customs calculations. Siml’s creators say the tool cuts operational time by more than threefold, positioning merchants for a market where AI agents increasingly make purchasing decisions.
