The Next WebDomyn, a Milan‑based artificial‑intelligence company, secured more than $1.1 billion in financing, with roughly ten percent in equity and the rest in debt. The funds will finance the construction of Colosseum, a 7‑megawatt supercomputer in southern Italy that will house about 6,000 Nvidia Grace Blackwell chips. The financing model mirrors recent European AI projects that favor debt‑backed hardware purchases over traditional venture equity. Domyn aims to serve regulated industries that prefer owning AI models, and plans to invest $10 billion over three years while targeting €1 billion in revenue.
