A developer has released Qwenputer, a modified version of the Qwen 3.5 4B language model with a RISC-V processor compiled directly into its weights. The chip runs arithmetic, C and MicroPython code during the model's normal text generation, without plugins, external tools or a sandbox. Belgian startup Ravical has raised $17 million in a seed round led by MMC Ventures.
